Swatch Beach Volley World Tour 2007 - Fortaleza - RICARDO-EMANUEL font coup double - RICARDO-EMANUEL double success

RICARDO-EMANUEL Champions at home, or I should say double champion because by taking winning the gold in Fortaleza they become N°1 of the Swatch World Tour 2007.
Todd Rogers was not thus able to offer himself, for his birthday, the Tournament of Fortaleza as far as with Phil they failed totally their Finale by losing 2-0 ( 21-13 21-15 ). A lot of clumsiness on the block and in the attack on behalf of the Americans while on the contrary RICARDO was imperial in against and EMANUEL amazing in defence.
For the 3rd place FABIO and MARCIO outstripped the Swiss LACIGA-SCHYDER by beating them 2-0 ( 21-14 21-17 ). There so very good match of Brazilians in Block and in defence. Here is which encloses a long and hard season of world Beach volleyball for the men (the women have a last round : Phuket) who go to take holidays after having made a general briefing and made the calculations for the Olympic qualification.

Swatch Beach Volleyball World Tour 2007 - Fortaleza - Brazil - Kerri WALSH et Misty MAY trop fortes / Kerri WALSH and Misty MAY too strong

1 Walsh-May-Treanor USA USA

Final so waited, between 2 actually best pairs, did not give the show for which all hoped. Kerri WALSH-Misty MAY TREANOR dominated Brazilians (21-16 21-14) which seemed paralyzed in front of their public. JULIANA-LARISSA was not able to oppose the game of the World champions and to prevent them from winning their 2nd victory to Fortaleza.
And to show that the American Beach volleyball goes well, Elaine YOUNGS-Nicole BRANAGH dominated too the Brazilian pair SHELDA-BEHAR by imposing them the same 2-0 ( 21-16 21-14 ).Full victory for the Americans and the Brazilians which are divided 7 of the first 8 places leaving only a small place to the rising European team LUDWIG-GOLLER.
