Henkel Grand Slam - Paris 2007 - Demi Finales / Semi Finals

Les demi finales ont confirmé chez les hommes la domination des brésiliens lors du carré final. En effet RICARDO-EMANUEL et FRANCO-CUNHA ont sorti respectivement METZGER-LAMBERT par 2 sets 0 (21-16 21-15) et DIECKMANN-BRINK par 2 sets 0 (21-18 21-18). Il faut cependant dire que les américains avaient placé 3 équipes en 1/4 de finales ce qui, pour leur 1ère présence au World Tour, reste un excellent résultat.

Chez les femmes par contre la domination est américaine avec 2 équipes US en 1/2 finale : Rachel WACHOLDER-Tyra TURNER et Kerri WALSH-Misty MAY. La surprise est surtout venue de JULIANA-LARISSA qui n'ont pas du tout réussi à résister face la domination chinoise de TIAN-WANG, elles perdent 2 sets 0 (16-21 12-21).

At the women on the other hand the dominion is American with 2 US teams in 1/2 finale: Rachel WACHOLDER-Tyra TURNER and Kerri WALSH-Misty MAY. The surprise came from JULIANA-LARISSA who managed in no way to resist face the Chinese dominion of TIAN-WANG, they lose 2 sets 0 ( 16-21 12-21 ).
