Pour la 13ème année, Surfrider Foundation Europe, association dédiée à la protection et la mise en valeur de l’océan, des vagues et du littoral, organise son opération de nettoyages de plages : Initiatives Océanes.
L’année dernière, près de 10000 personnes se sont réunies sur les côtes européennes et d’ailleurs…
Les Initiatives Océanes ne pourront se faire sans vous !
6 400 000 tonnes de déchets seraient encore déversées dans l’océan chaque année… Pour envoyer un signal fort à nos décideurs, il est primordial que nous nous mobilisions tous.
Organiser un nettoyage en local c’est prendre les choses en main : rassembler sa famille et ses amis pour donner un coup de propre au littoral ; sensibiliser le public aux problèmes de pollution et... profiter de cet événement pour fêter le coup d'envoi du Printemps à la plage.
Surfrider Foundation Europe souhaite étendre son action en organisant un grand nettoyage de lacs et de rivières !
En effet, les eaux continentales sont d’importants vecteurs de pollutions des plages et de l'océan. Il semble donc nécessaire aujourd'hui de porter un coup de balai à l'ensemble du littoral mails aussi au milieu fluvial et lacustre.
L’organisation d’un nettoyage est très simple. L’équipe de Surfrider Foundation aide chaque organisateur à coordonner l’opération, assure le soutien logistique et fournit les outils de sensibilisation et de communication.

For the 13th year, Surfrider Foundation Europe, association dedicated to protection and the development of the ocean, waves and littoral, organizes its operation of cleanings of beaches: Océanes initiatives.
Last year, nearly 10000 people met on the European coasts and besides... The Océanes Initiatives could not be done without you! 6 400 000 tons of waste still would be poured in the ocean each year...
To send a strong signal to our decision makers, it is of primary importance that we mobilize ourselves all.
To organize a cleaning locally is to take the things in hand: to gather its family and her friends to give a blow of clean to the littoral; to sensitize the public with the problems of pollution and... to benefit from this event to celebrate the blow of sending of Spring to the beach. Surfrider Foundation Europe wishes to extend its action by organizing a great cleaning of lakes and rivers! Indeed, the inland waters are important vectors of pollution of the beaches and ocean. It thus seems necessary today to also carry a blow of brush to the whole of the littoral malls in the river and lake medium.
The organization of a cleaning is very simple. The team of Surfrider Foundation helps each organizer to coordinate the operation, assures the logistical support and provides the tools of sensitizing and communication. Then... go on the beaches and the banks!
