AVP Crocs Tour 2007 - Glendale Open - Todd ROGERS/Phil DALHAUSSER and Misty MAY/Kerri WALSH N°1

Toujours ce poing en avant pour dire à tous "yes... on a encore gagné". En effet Todd ROGERS et Phil DALHAUSSER ont encore frappé à Glendale où ils ont battu en Finale une fois de plus Jake GIBB et Sean ROSENTHAL par 2 sets à 1 (21-15 / 15-21 / 15-9). Cette fois ci Jake et Sean ont bien failli remporter enfin leur 1ère Finale mais voilà quelques erreurs sur les passes et les attaques + une paire Todd-Phil très solide et les voilà encore perdants d'une Finale.

Chez les femmes les championnes Olympiques sont toujours là et montrent leur grande forme en ce début de saison. Misty MAY-TREANOR et Kerri WALSH gagnent cependant la Finale difficilement face à Tyra TURNER et Rachel WACHOLDER par 2 sets à 1 en 1h11 (18-21/21-17/15-19) qui ont fait un super match en défense. a noter que ce fut la 1ère Finale AVP pour Tyra TURNER et que Misty MAY a égalé le record des victoires de Holly McPeak (72 victoires).

This time Jake and Sean wants to win finally their 1st Finale but some errors on setting and attacks + a very solid pair Todd-Phil and here is still losing of one Finale.

Misty MAY-TREANOR and Kerri WALSH wins however Finale with difficulty in front of Tyra TURNER and Rachel WACHOLDER by 2 sets to 1 in 1hour11mn (18-21/21-17/15-19) which made a great match in defence. Has to note that it was 1st Final AVP for Tyra TURNER and that Misty MAY equalled the record of Holly McPeak's victories (72 victories).
