Finale 100% américaine pour le dernier tournoi du Swatch World Tour 2007 de beach volley. Finale gagnée difficilement par Kerri WALSH et Misty MAY TREANOR 2-1 (21-18 16-21 15-13) car Nicole BRANAGH et Elaine YOUNGS ont joué leurs chances jusqu'au dernier point remportant même le 2ème set 21-16. Mention spéciale à Nicole BRANAGH qui a été particulièrement efficace lors de la finale.

Dans le match pour la 3ème place c'est finalement la paire chinoise, actuellement N°1 du classement mondial, TIAN Jia-WANG, qui remporte le bronze face aux allemandes Rieke BRINK ABELER-Hella JURICH 2 sets 0 (21-18 21-15). Les allemandes ne pourront jamais inquiéter les chinoises qui ont fait un match très sérieux se rattrapant de la demi finale totalement ratée.

Final 100 % American for the last tournament of the Swatch beach volleyball World Tour 2007. Finale won with difficulty by Kerri WALSH and Misty MAY TREANOR 2-1 (21-18 16-21 15-13) because Nicole BRANAGH and Elaine YOUNGS played their chances up to the last point winning even the 2nd set 21-16. Special mention to Nicole BRANAGH who was particularly efficient during final.

In the match for the 3rd place it's finally the Chinese pair, now N°1 of the world ranking, TIAN Jia-WANG, who won the bronze in front of German Rieke BRINK ABELER-Hella JURICH 2 sets 0 ( 21-18 21-15 ). The German can never worry the Chinese which made a very serious match catching of half final totally missed.

Voilà, la saison du Beach Volleyball mondiale s'est terminée comme elle avait commencé : en Asie. Il faudra attendre le 25 mars 2008 (soit 1 semaine avant qu'en 2007) pour retrouver toutes les équipes à Adelaide (Australie) pour la 1ère fois.

En attendant toutes les équipes vont prendre des vacances avant d'enchaîner la phase de préparation et pour certaines leur circuit national comme au Bresil (où il reste 3 étapes), en Australie (de janvier à mars), en Nouvelle Zélande (qui commence le 2 janvier 2008), en Argentine (vers la mi janvier), au Chili (mi janvier)...

Here we are, the season of the World Beach Volleyball ended as it had begun: in Asia. It will be necessary to wait on March 25th, 2008 (that's one week before in 2007) to find all the teams in Adelaide (Australia) for the 1st time. Now all the teams are going to take holidays before starting the preparation phase and for some of their national tour as in Bresil (where there are 3 rounds for the 2007 tour), in Australia (from january to march 2008), in New Zealand (starting 2nd january), in Argentina (starting mid january), in Chili (also starting mid january)...
