Vasso KARADASSIOU et Vicky ARVANITY à Londrina - Vasso and Vicky in Londrina

C'est la première fois qu'un pays étranger participe au Circuito Banco do Brasil. Les grecques Vasso KARADASSIOU-Vicky ARVANITY (9ème mondiales) et MARIA-EFTHALIA (22ème mondiales) ont participé aujourd'hui au tournoi de qualification où elles ont gagné brillement leurs 2 matchs. Voilà donc la Grèce représentée pour la 1ère fois dans ce circuit pas facile tant il y a d'équipes capables d'un exploit. Il faudra suivre jusqu'où Vasso et Vicky vont pouvoir aller.

Pendant ce temps là la paire AGHATA-SHAYLYN (photo ci-dessus) a rendu visite a des enfants à l'hopital de Londrina. A chaque étape du circuit une ou plusieurs paires visite une oeuvre caritative ou un hopital cela faisant partie d'une tradition instaurée par la fédération brésilienne. Mention très bien à cette fédération qui est toujours à la pointe de tout.

It is the first time when a foreign country participates in Circuito Banco doh Brasil. Greek Vasso KARADASSIOU-Vicky ARVANITY (9th world) and MARIA-EFTHALIA (22nd world) participated in the qualifying tournament today where they won brillement their 2 matches. Here is thus Greece represented for the 1st time in this not easy circuit so much there is of teams capable of an exploit. It will be necessary to follow to where Vasso and Vicky are going to be able to go. During this time the team AGHATA-SHAYLYN (see the photo above) visited has children in the hospital of Londrina. In every round of the tour one or several teams visit a charitable center or a hopital it being a part of a tradition established by the Brazilian volleyball Federation. Congatulations to this volleyball federation which is always in the headland of everything.
